RM named a Top Employer for sixteenth year in a row

LONDON, 28th January - We are absolutely delighted that we have once again been certified as one of the Top Employers in the UK for 2021. This is now the 16th year that RM has received this accolade, making us one of the longer serving continuous Top Employers. RM joins 98 successfully certified participants in the UK and Ireland this year, including DHL, Pfizer and Travis Perkins (84 UK, 14 Ireland), with 1,691 certified in total globally.

The Top Employers Institute is the global authority on recognising excellence in people practices. It’s a certification programme that enables organisations to assess and improve the workplace environment. Established more than 25 years ago, Top Employers Institute has certified over 1600 organisations in 119 countries and regions. Certified Top Employers positively impact the lives of over 6 900 000 employees globally.

The certification process involves stringent research, a best practice survey and independent auditors. It’s a tough process which makes the result all the more significant. Organisations have to work extremely hard to be on the Top Employers list, and for RM to have achieved this 16 years running is something we should all be extremely proud of.
