Proactive support

RM’s Infrastructure team replaces the traditional 2nd and 3rd line support.

  • Fixed before you know there’s an issue – the Infrastructure team monitor for issues 24hrs a day!
  • Always improving - Regular performance reporting ensures that you have total visibility of how things are going, and how your service provision will be continuously improved.
  • Escalation routes – for bigger issues with third party software, we have direct contact routes with big tech providers, such as Google and Microsoft, meaning we can escalate issues to them when required.
