The homepage dashboard
The dashboard lets you see key information about your tenancy all in one place. You can view important stats on groups, devices and device types, users and user types, all in one place. It’s intended to be a quick view, and it also refreshes/updates automatically.
The Users area
The users area enables you to sort and filter all users by attributes. You can update information and apply settings all from a single pane. You can also make bulk actions and apply settings to multiple users based on the user type.
Also available in this area is bulk uploads and exports of CSV files.
The Devices area
In this area you are able to view, sort, and filter all devices by attributes. You can view apps, policies, and groups in a single page.
With CC5 device management, you are able to reset and restart devices remotely, from any device!
You can also apply multiple settings at one time using device type filtering.
Groups
Groups offers you the ability to create groups of users and devices in order to set default applications, settings, Teams, SharePoint, and email distributions lists. No more assigning attributes to users and devices one by one!
You can view, edit, and clone device, security, and collaboration groups.
Applications
In this area of CC5, you can view all of your applications, their installation status, and assign them to the groups you create.
