It’s been a while since you’ve heard from the RM Unify team. That’s because we’ve been busy making all sorts of changes and upgrades to the RM Unify system.
What has changed in 2024?
We have mainly been focusing on migrating all the cloud-hosted components of RM Unify to the latest cloud infrastructure, which provides improved scalability, enhanced security, and future-proofs our platform for years to come.
Changes to RM Unify sign-out and single-logout of SSO apps.
There have been various maintenance releases for security hardening and for routine upgrades.

Microsoft recently (October 2024) started enforcing multi-factor authentication (MFA) for users accessing certain admin portals. Whilst this is an excellent move towards greater security of your Microsoft 365 tenancy if you already have RM Unify MFA enabled on your Microsoft 365 app then you might consider two lots of MFA an unnecessary duplication of effort.
To help keep things simple, yet still secure, we have introduced an MFA 'pass-though' setting in the Management Console., It's as simple as ticking a box (which we’ve already ticked for you 😀) to let Microsoft know that RM Unify has already processed your MFA challenge.
