RM Assessment
Sub-processors List
The tables below list all sub-processors used for the standard provision of:
- Assessment Master (E-Testing Services);
- RM Assessor (E-Marking Services) and scanning services (if applicable);
- Proctoring Services using Talview Inc. (“Talview”) and
- RM Compare.
Bespoke solutions for all the services above are available, in which case the list of sub-processors may be different. Please contact your Customer Relationship Manager or dataprotection@rm.com for any questions.
In this document Standard Contractual Clauses means the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and either the UK International Data Transfer Addendum (IDTA) to the EU Commission Standard Contractual Clauses for the transfer of Personal Data from the European Union and United Kingdom to processors established in third countries (processor-to-processor transfers) or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, as may be amended from time to time by Data Protection Legislation.
