RM Assessment
Sub-processors List
The tables below list all sub-processors used for the standard provision of:
- Assessment Master (E-Testing Services);
- RM Assessor (E-Marking Services) and scanning services (if applicable); and
- Proctoring Services. Two types of Proctoring Services are available. One is provided using Procwise Exam B.V. (“Proctor Exam”) and the other using Talview Inc. (Talview).
Please refer to your contract to find out which products and services are relevant your organisation. RM will only use the sub-processors listed under the products and services included under your contract. For example, if you are only an Assessment Master customer, RM will not use the sub-processors relating to RM Assessor.
In this document Standard Contractual Clauses means the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and either the UK International Data Transfer Addendum (IDTA) to the EU Commission Standard Contractual Clauses for the transfer of Personal Data from the European Union and United Kingdom to processors established in third countries (processor-to-processor transfers) or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, as may be amended from time to time by Data Protection Legislation.
